Testdog.com is committed to protecting the privacy of all members and guests who visit this website.  This policy was developed in the interest of protecting that privacy.  This policy applies only to the Testdog.com website, www.testdog.com.  It does not apply to the websites of any member, liaison organization or regional chapters.  It does not apply to any websites operated by organizations or groups who associate themselves with testdog.com, nor does it apply to any websites featuring links to the Testdog.com website.  Our privacy policy does not apply to the practices of organizations or persons not owned, controlled, managed or employed by Testdog.com.  This policy will be periodically reexamined as technology, business and legal requirements change.

When you browse the testdog.com website as a guest, you are anonymous.  testdog.com does not collect personal information about any person that is not provided voluntarily.  We track anonymous information, such as which pages were visited and for how long, on our server.  We use this information solely to learn more about trends on the website, such as which web pages you viewed and how long you visited.

If you apply for membership, or request any other product or service, testdog.com collects information from you such as your name, title, company, address, phone, fax and e-mail address.  This information is collected only if you give it voluntarily.  Information provided to Testdog.com will be used internally in order to process your specific request and will not be sold or shared with outside parties.  Your information may be used to send you testdog.com publications, information relating to upcoming testdog.com activities or important membership announcements.  In addition, testdog.com makes members’ contact information available to other members through the Members-only website.  This information can only be accessed with a legitimate Testdog.com username and password; for this reason, we strongly urge you limit unauthorized access to your Testdog.com username and password.  The contact information is also printed in hard copy once each year and distributed to paying Testdog.com members.  You may edit your contact information at any time through the Members-only website or by calling or e-mailing Testdog.com at 847.373.4650 or bigdog@testdog.com.

Testdog.com may occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as bulk mailing or publication printing.  We provide those companies only with the information they need to complete to service they have been contracted to perform, and they are prohibited from using the information provided for any other purpose.
